God i love Portland
Wow I hated Eugene.
My time in eugene was the most stable housing, medical and employment time of my life.
I lived inside. This made me feel like it was precious, like it was “progress”.
It was, it is a stepping stone in my life story.
I am writing to you from a gorgeous part of the eastside.
It doesn’t feel particularly urban, there’s no real reason for me to cross the river. The westside has more annoying yuppie areas and the more bleak street life fentynal vibes.
My best friend Trenton died on the streets of Los Angeles a couple years ago. A major fear of mine in moving to portland was proximity to the street life ; a deep fear i may meet the same fate if i am near it.
A lot of Portland parks have reservoirs like this within them.

In my head its the central park of the east side of Portland. A former friend would always insist we walk up the hill to the park, i always hated the park because i despise the way normies treat fitness challenges in nature. its just a hill it doesn’t mean yr a better person because you walk up it!
I figured out easily there is a way to drive and park near somewhat flat areas of interest within the park!
